When something goes wrong
Calm, ordered steps, starting with a question.
One meaning for every term.
Each term has a single definition, used here, in Assurr and in your project record.
The full glossaryWhat Assurr does, and what it doesn’t.
Knowing the limits matters as much as knowing the features.
Assurr does
- Structure what is agreed before work starts
- Record evidence, decisions and changes as they happen
- Send the payment instruction for each stage once payment is approved, under the rules both sides agreed
- Keep one project record both sides can see, with earlier versions kept
Assurr does not
- Hold your money. Payments go through a separate regulated payment provider
- Inspect or certify the work, or promise its quality
- Decide technical or contractual disagreements
- Become a party to your building contract
Most disagreements start before the first payment.
Assurr puts the scope, the stages and the changes in one record both of you can see.
