Walls to wall-plate
Cavity walls in facing brick to the agreed sample panel, insulated cavity, lintels, the steel opening the rear wall (engineer’s calculation SE-02), wall plate.

Milestone 04
Roof and windows
The lean-to roof structure, membrane, battens and tiles to match, two rooflights, lead flashing, fascia and gutters, one window, the three-panel bifold doors.

Milestone 05
First fix and plaster

Funded and protected for this stage. Work starts once Stage 4 is complete.

- First-fix positions match K-02 rev B
- Plaster is smooth with no cracks or blown areas
- Reveals are square
- First-fix photographs are taken before boarding
Milestone 06
Finishes and handover
Second-fix electrics and plumbing, skirting and architrave, mist coat and two coats, external making good, builder’s clean, building control completion inspection.

Complete when
- Building control’s completion certificate is supplied
- The electrical installation certificate is supplied
- The snag list is closed
About the figures shown. This is illustrative. In a live project, milestones reference the agreed scope and standards: Building Regulations as the legal floor, applicable British Standards (such as BS 8000), manufacturer specifications, and your contract drawings. Stage 03 in this example would also reference Building Regulations Part A and the structural engineer's calculations. Future payment functionality may be provided through regulated third-party payment infrastructure. Assurr does not currently hold project funds.
