About the figures shown. This is illustrative. In a live project, milestones reference the agreed scope and standards: Building Regulations as the legal floor, applicable British Standards (such as BS 8000), manufacturer specifications, and your contract drawings. Stage 02 in this example would also reference Building Regulations Part A and the structural engineer's calculations. Future payment functionality may be provided through regulated third-party payment infrastructure. Assurr does not currently hold project funds.
